Gentle Iron with Vitamin C, B12, and Folic Acid

We chose ferrous bisglycinate for our Gentle Iron formula because this form of iron is better absorbed and gentler on the stomach. Gentle Iron is less likely to cause constipation or nausea than standard iron supplements.

Gentle Iron also includes vitamin B12 and folic acid – two other essential nutrients for red blood cell production – and vitamin C, which helps boost iron absorption. Take one-per-day to help prevent iron-deficiency anemia.
